The Case Information System enables you to retrieve information on appellate cases filed in the Michigan Court of Appeals or Michigan Supreme Court that are available for public viewing. All information provided here is a matter of public record. Please note the information contained within this system does not necessarily constitute a full and complete history, and should not be used for 'Background Check' purposes.

Searches for Court of Appeals case information can be initiated by supplying a docket number, a party name, or attorney information. Case information automatically will include links to unpublished Court of Appeals opinions issued since July 1996, Michigan Supreme Court opinions and published Court of Appeals opinions issued since January 2001, and Court of Appeals orders issued after January 1, 2005.
